Website and test requests

When you request a free test automation, we process the information you provide, including name/company, email address, optional Amazon product link, optional Seller SKU and optional notes. We use this information to respond to your request and prepare the requested B2B test workflow.

Amazon Custom order report uploads

If you provide an Amazon Custom order report export for a Tiros test, the file may contain order IDs, names, addresses, email addresses, photos, custom text, product data, SKU, ASIN and personalization details. We use this data only to prepare the requested Tiros automation and production-ready files.

Role for customer order data

For order data provided by a B2B customer from its Amazon or shop workflow, Tiros-IT GbR usually acts as a processor on behalf of that customer. The details are covered by our Data Processing Agreement / AVV.

Legal bases

We process inquiry and contract data to take steps before entering into a B2B contract and to perform agreed services. We also process limited operational data based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and managing business communication. Where we act as a processor, we process personal data only on the customer's documented instructions.

Retention

Amazon order report uploads and working data created from them are generally deleted after 1 week unless a shorter period is agreed or legal obligations require otherwise. Inquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed for handling the request. Invoice and accounting data is retained according to statutory retention obligations.

Hosting

The website and related server data are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Muennich, owner Rene Muennich, Hauptstrasse 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Where required, we have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider.

Server logs

When you visit the website, technical access data may be processed, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, transferred data volume and browser information. This is used for secure operation of the website.

Local language setting

The website may store your selected language locally in your browser. This information stays on your device and is used only to display the site in your chosen language on future visits.

Analytics and tracking

We currently do not use external analytics or tracking services on this website.

B2B outreach

If we contact a business by email, we use publicly available business contact information for limited B2B outreach. Recipients can object at any time; we will then stop using the address for this outreach.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
